Junior Architect

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Junior Architect to develop functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces while ensuring compliance with building codes and project requirements. The role operates from a 1 pm start time in an office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare plans, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project needs and vision.
• Ensure designs meet safety regulations and local/international building codes.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams.
• Conduct site visits and oversee project progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong design, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of international building codes is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in Revit or similar BIM tools.
