Human Resources Generalist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, professional HR Generalist to support both operational and strategic HR functions within a multinational environment. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to HR initiatives, talent acquisition, and employee lifecycle management while collaborating with regional and international stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support HR leadership in implementing strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in organizational development, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist in process improvement, HR digitization, reporting enhancement, and operational efficiency.
• Manage day‑to‑day HR operations, employee records, contracts, onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities.
• Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll support, and HR reporting.
• Support recruitment activities, candidate engagement, and employer branding initiatives.
• Collaborate with project teams, finance, administration, and external partners for travel, visas, and logistics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience in a professional or multinational setting.
• Strong understanding of HR operations with an interest in strategic HR.
• Excellent communication, coordination, analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle confidential matters and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong command of the MS Office suite.
