Group Tax Manager

About the role

Bang & Olufsen is looking for a Group Tax Manager to own global direct tax and transfer pricing across the Group. You will join the Finance team in Struer (or Kongens Lyngby) and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders while driving tax compliance and strategic improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Group’s direct tax and transfer pricing functions.
• Drive the annual tax cycle, including reporting, compliance, and statutory filings.
• Develop, maintain and communicate tax and transfer pricing policies.
• Ensure accurate tax reporting for current and deferred tax positions.
• Collaborate with global compliance partners on tax returns and documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Partner with business units on tax‑related matters and influence key decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of corporate tax experience in an international company or audit firm.
• Strong analytical mindset with a structured, proactive approach.
• Solid business understanding and ability to translate tax implications into business impact.
• Experience with tax reporting, compliance and transfer pricing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to prioritize and perform under pressure during peak periods.
