Global Facilities Construction Schedule Control Manager

About the role

The Global Facilities Construction Schedule Control Manager will lead the planning, scheduling, and risk management of construction projects worldwide. This role ensures compliance with global processes, integrates 4D BIM models, and collaborates across engineering, procurement, finance, and field teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive compliance with defined global construction processes and procedures.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process frameworks, audit reports, and project controls guidelines.
• Serve as the primary interface between line planning, engineering, construction, procurement, and finance on scheduling and risk matters.
• Partner with the BIM team to align 4D BIM models with construction schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead the creation, maintenance, and governance of master project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Conduct CPM analysis, float analysis, schedule variance reporting, and look‑ahead scheduling.
• Perform schedule compression, time‑cost trade‑off analysis, and generative scheduling techniques.
• Develop and maintain the project risk register, execute probabilistic risk analysis with Oracle Primavera Risk Analysis, and facilitate risk workshops.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global construction scheduling and project controls.
• Strong understanding of schedule governance, WBS structures, and critical path methodology.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and lead risk management activities.
