GEM Customer Data & Pricing Administrator

About the role

The GEM Customer Data & Pricing Administrator ensures that customer and pricing master data in ERP and CRM systems are accurate, up‑to‑date and compliant with global quality standards. This role is the first point of contact when new customer accounts are created and is responsible for validating qualifications and legal documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain local critical data on ERP and CRM systems for the assigned countries.
• Set up new customer accounts, ensuring correct commercial and financial information, payment terms, discounts and sales reporting.
• Perform bona‑fide checks, validate professional qualifications and obtain signed Terms & Conditions before account activation.
• Prevent duplicate accounts and deactivate accounts when ownership changes or companies are liquidated.
• Liaise with sales, finance and accounts receivable teams to resolve price and customer queries.
• Ensure selling prices, freight charges and listings are correctly configured to avoid disputes and protect margins.
• Investigate price disputes, log root causes and correct ERP data as needed.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 13485, GxP and AFCM controls, and develop or update SOPs.
• Run regular data‑cleansing reports and support promotional activities in the system.

Required profile

• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems for customer master data management.
• Strong understanding of pricing, commercial terms and financial data handling.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as ISO 13485 and GxP.
• Ability to perform detailed data validation and maintain high data quality.
• Excellent collaboration skills with sales, finance and compliance teams.
