Freelance Tutoring Specialist – AI Training Contractor

About the role

We are looking for experienced instructional professionals to work remotely as freelance AI trainers. You will help shape how artificial‑intelligence models understand and generate high‑quality educational content by providing real‑world teaching expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Engage AI models with realistic instructional scenarios and evaluate their responses.
• Validate that the model’s understanding of pedagogical concepts aligns with best‑in‑class teaching practices.
• Identify reasoning errors, gaps in logic, and clarity issues in AI outputs.
• Document findings and rewrite explanations to improve the model’s instructional reasoning.
• Provide “gold‑standard” teaching exemplars for a variety of learning environments.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience as a teaching assistant, tutor, lecturer, or course creator.
• Familiarity with online education platforms such as Udemy, Coursera, or Udacity.
• Native‑level English communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong empathy and rigorous analytical mindset.
