Footwear Designer – Women's Design Team

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Footwear Designer to join our women’s design team. You will translate global fashion trends into innovative, functional footwear that resonates with consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Research emerging fashion, cultural and design trends.
• Convert trends and ideas into commercially viable footwear concepts.
• Collaborate closely with development and materials teams in Asia to bring designs to life.
• Participate in fittings and prototype reviews to refine product details.
• Manage design projects from initial sketch through to final product delivery.
• Maintain awareness of market demands and consumer expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Footwear Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience and portfolio in footwear design and product development.
• Strong aesthetic sense with a modern, trend‑aware perspective.
• Open‑minded, curious and able to receive feedback.
• Self‑motivated with a strong sense of ownership and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to relocate to Singapore if required.
