Event Pharmacist (Project-Based)

About the role

The Event Pharmacist will provide on‑site pharmaceutical expertise during Alaga sa Manggagawa events, ensuring all prescriptions are validated and medicines are handled safely. This project‑based role supports the order‑taking team, collaborates with the Business Development Team, and assists with operational tasks such as inventory counts and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite pharmacist during field events, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical standards, legal requirements and company policies.
• Oversee proper handling, storage and distribution of medicines and health products throughout the event.
• Collaborate with the PBM team, lead pharmacist, assistance pharmacist and Business Development Team to ensure smooth order taking and fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate logs, inventory reports and support data gathering and reporting activities.
• Perform additional operational tasks such as inventory counts and other pharmacy‑related duties as required for the project duration.

Required profile

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
• Active and good‑standing pharmacist license (PRC).
• 1–2 years experience in order fulfillment within a community or online pharmacy setting.
• Knowledge of generic medicines and equivalence.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and ability to monitor stock levels.
