About the role

We are seeking an energetic Entry‑Level Call Center Sales Representative to join our Lahore team. The role involves engaging customers over the phone, promoting the company’s motorcycle clothing products, and driving sales through both inbound and outbound calls. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, using call scripts and sales techniques to meet targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to present and sell company products and services.
• Follow call scripts and tailor communication to address customer needs and highlight value propositions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM and dialer systems.
• Handle objections, negotiate, and close sales while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Achieve daily and weekly call volumes and sales quotas.
• Prioritise tasks and manage time effectively to balance high call volume with administrative duties.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to align activities with overall sales strategy.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaking with strong verbal communication skills.
• At least one year of relevant customer relationship or sales experience.
• High energy, resilience, and motivation to handle rejection.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software for tracking customer interactions.
• Familiarity with dialer technology to manage call flows efficiently.
