Customer Advisor – Azerbaijani Speaker (Relocation to Bulgaria)

About the role

As a Customer Advisor you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries via email, chat and phone. You will ensure smooth, positive experiences, answer questions clearly and support customers throughout their journey while learning the brand, products and industry in depth.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, live chat and telephone.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Research and resolve customer questions quickly and professionally.
• Maintain high quality and accuracy in all communications.
• Use CRM tools to log interactions and follow up on cases.
• Meet performance targets and contribute to team goals.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in Azerbaijani (C1) and English (advanced).
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school education or equivalent.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems.
