Colleagues Accommodation Attendant

About the role

The Colleagues Accommodation Attendant ensures the smooth operation, maintenance and repair of staff accommodation facilities at Raffles Seychelles. You will work closely with the Colleague Services team to keep all physical plant elements, utilities and furnishings in optimal condition.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate improvement ideas and efficiency measures to Colleague Services management.
• Perform planned and unplanned maintenance on air‑conditioning, electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, drainage, kitchen and laundry equipment, as well as building structures, furniture, fixtures and painting.
• Clean, maintain and upgrade assigned areas according to set standards and procedures.
• Report any service disruptions promptly and coordinate corrective actions.
• Attend daily briefings and follow safe work practices and preventive maintenance protocols.
• Assist with room allocations and inspections before new occupants arrive.
• Participate in training and hands‑on learning to develop technical skills.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by management.
