About the role
Palmpay Limited is expanding its Flexi MFB SME Business unit and is looking for a Business Development Associate to join immediately. The role focuses on acquiring new SME clients, promoting the company’s financial solutions, and contributing to revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential SME customers through market research and outreach.
- Present Palmpay’s products and services, tailoring pitches to client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Required profile
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with clients.
- Hardworking, motivated and ready to earn.
- No prior experience or formal qualification required; training will be provided.
Required skills
What we offer
- ₦70,000 monthly salary.
- ₦20,000 transport allowance.
- Performance bonus up to ₦150,000.
