About the role
The Business Developer will be responsible for expanding and managing the Buy‑Now‑Pay‑Later dealer network in the assigned territory. Working closely with the Regional Sales Manager, the role focuses on recruiting new dealers, driving sales performance and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, recruit and onboard new dealers and buyers for the BNPL solution.
- Monitor dealer performance against sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Resolve dealer‑related issues promptly to maintain strong business relationships.
- Enforce company policies, pricing structures and ethical standards across the network.
- Track and report on dealer recruitment, retention rates and sales achievement.
Required profile
- Strong negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
- Good knowledge of distribution networks and dealer operations.
- Proven ability to work independently in a field‑based environment.
