Audio Visual Technician

About the role

The Audio Visual Technician at Hilton is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by managing all AV technical support across the property. You will ensure seamless operation of audio, video, and lighting systems for events and daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the management and performance of all AV technical support.
• Set up audio, video, and lighting equipment to meet event requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, identify faults, and provide timely remedies.
• Collaborate closely with the Conference and Banqueting teams.
• Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire regulations, and health & safety legislation.
• Maintain knowledge of front‑of‑house equipment and property management systems.
• Attend required training and uphold brand standards.
• Assist other departments as needed and promote environmentally‑aware practices.
