Associate Managing Consultant – Customer Acquisition & Engagement Marketing

About the role

Mastercard is seeking an Associate Managing Consultant to lead customer acquisition and engagement marketing projects within its Advisors & Consulting Services division. The role will drive multi‑channel strategies, oversee end‑to‑end campaign execution and work closely with global clients across banking, retail and other industries.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead full client engagements, from scoping to delivery, across acquisition, early‑life engagement, CRM and retention.
• Design and implement multi‑channel marketing strategies using customer data and analytics.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate the work of consultants and analysts.
• Provide industry insights and recommendations to shape client marketing performance.
• Evaluate campaign results and adjust tactics to optimize outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing consulting or advisory roles, preferably within financial services or payments.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, engagement and retention frameworks.
• Ability to lead teams, manage complex projects and communicate with senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools for campaign measurement.
