Associate Manager

About the role

The Associate Manager will lead a small team to deliver high‑quality management and statutory reporting for fund administration clients. You will ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory obligations, and internal service level agreements while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activities of team members to meet client commitments, SLAs, and internal policies.
• Oversee planning, coordination, and completion of management and statutory reporting for multiple structures.
• Review bookkeeping, management accounts, and interim/annual financial statements under IFRS.
• Liaise with clients, auditors, and regulators to facilitate audits, tax filings, and regulatory surveys.
• Prepare and present KPI dashboards, reports, and management presentations.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Support implementation of new processes and automation initiatives.
• Maintain internal databases and client records in line with policy.

Required profile

• Strong technical expertise in drafting and reviewing management accounts and financial statements under IFRS.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of IFRS developments and regulatory reporting regimes.
• Team player with the ability to motivate, influence, and mentor junior staff.
• Proactive attitude toward process improvement and automation.
