Ad Graphic Designer (Remote)

About the role

STERRY, a growth‑marketing agency that fuels crowdfunding and e‑commerce success, is looking for a creative and data‑driven Ad Graphic Designer to join its remote marketing team. You will translate strategic goals into high‑impact visual narratives across digital and print platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to understand campaign objectives, audience, and messaging.
• Design innovative visual concepts for social media ads, display ads, email campaigns, banners and other print materials.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
• Optimize assets for mobile and desktop formats to maximize performance.
• Conduct market research and stay current with design trends.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• Work with the team to A/B test designs and iterate based on data insights.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Edit and enhance model photos according to client standards.
• Translate promotional creatives for different locales while maintaining visual harmony.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts or related field (optional).
• 2‑4 years of proven experience creating advertising and marketing materials.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual hierarchy, photo editing, and brand consistency.
• Analytical mindset able to interpret campaign data and improve designs.
• Comfort with global/localised creative work.

Required skills

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency with Figma or Canva.
• Experience using AI‑powered design tools for concept generation or image enhancement.
• Advanced photo‑editing techniques.
