Account Manager – B2B E‑commerce (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a confident, relationship‑driven Account Manager to support merchants in a fast‑paced B2B e‑commerce environment. You will act as the main point of contact, guiding clients through onboarding, platform features, and ongoing performance reviews while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for merchants, leading onboarding, regular check‑ins, and performance review calls.
• Build strong relationships by understanding merchant needs, resolving issues, and escalating concerns when necessary.
• Explain platform features, integrations, analytics dashboards, and operational workflows in simple terms.
• Troubleshoot operational or technical problems, coordinating with engineering, product, data, and support teams.
• Provide weekly metrics, data insights, and trend analysis on sales, risk, traffic, and fulfillment.
• Prepare client‑facing documentation, meeting summaries, and maintain detailed notes, task lists, and ticket updates.
• Track merchant submissions, including KYC/KYB requirements, ensuring timely completion.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or client success, preferably in e‑commerce or B2B SaaS.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to lead calls confidently and simplify technical or operational topics.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with analytics dashboards and reporting tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis.
• Familiarity with API‑enabled merchant tools and integrations.
