Senior Field Sales – Cross‑Sell Business Development Manager

About the role

Forterro is seeking a Senior Field Sales professional to lead cross‑sell initiatives for its digital manufacturing and AI‑driven production solutions across the French market. The role bridges Forterro ERP business units with X‑sell products, engaging existing manufacturing customers to generate new revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve cross‑sell bookings targets for France.
• Identify and qualify opportunities within the installed Forterro ERP base.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities from lead to contract signature.
• Develop strategic account plans for key manufacturing customers.
• Collaborate with ERP sales teams, supporting joint meetings, workshops, and demos.
• Engage C‑level and operational leaders to uncover operational challenges.
• Prepare business cases, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Lead negotiations alongside local ERP teams and maintain accurate forecasting.
• Gather market intelligence on the French manufacturing sector and support marketing activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B software sales, account management, or business development experience.
• Proven success selling to manufacturing, industrial, or production‑intensive companies.
• Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
