Regional Field Marketing Manager – France (Talent Pool)

About the role

Algomarketing is building a talent pool for upcoming Regional Field Marketing Manager positions with a fast‑growing global AI SaaS company. The role will focus on planning and executing field marketing activities across France, supporting sales and growth teams, and driving brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver regional events such as industry conferences, executive roundtables, VIP dinners and market launches from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with sales, growth marketing and regional leadership to support key enterprise accounts.
• Implement account‑based marketing initiatives for strategic customers and prospects.
• Source and manage venues, agencies, production partners and local suppliers.
• Manage event budgets, timelines and logistics while adapting global playbooks for the French market.
• Coordinate senior stakeholders, sales teams, customers and external partners.
• Track event performance and marketing impact, reporting results to leadership.
• Travel within France as required.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in B2B field/event/regional marketing.
• Background in B2B SaaS, technology or high‑growth start‑up environments is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver business events independently.
• Experience working closely with sales teams and enterprise or strategic accounts.
• Strong stakeholder management, including senior leaders and executive‑level customers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑moving environment.
• Fluent or native‑level French and business‑level English.
