Organic Social Media Manager

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance and needs a leader to shape its organic social presence worldwide. As the Organic Social Media Manager you will define Alan’s unique voice, drive health‑focused conversations and create a scalable AI‑powered content engine.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a global organic social strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, tailoring voice and creative direction for each platform.
• Coordinate with Brand, Product Marketing and Growth teams to embed social into product launches, campaigns and events.
• Bridge organic and paid efforts on Meta and YouTube to ensure consistent messaging and maximum reach.
• Align with country teams on editorial pillars and platform priorities, adapting global frameworks to local nuances, especially for France.
• Set up measurement frameworks (follower composition, UTM tracking, brand awareness surveys, social listening) and share performance reviews cross‑functionally.
• Build an AI‑driven content production workflow using large language models, image generation and video automation to increase output velocity.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and executing organic social strategies for B2C or health‑related brands.
• Strong understanding of platform‑specific best practices for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and adapt content to different markets.
• Experience measuring social impact through analytics, UTM tracking and brand awareness metrics.
• Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus for the France execution.
