Our Exciting Opportunity
We are now looking for a People Solutions Test Lead who will handle and coordinate the testing of People Solutions during technical releases and implementation projects. The Lead will Plan all activities for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Testing (BT). Organize testing preparations: initial RA creation of test plan; set-up of testing environments, creation of test scripts. Prepare materials, schedule and facilitate testing kick-off and progress meetings with appointed testers and other stakeholders.
You will
Support full test execution cycle: reporting of defects, retesting of defects, sign-off, go-live recommendation & post go live activities.
Follow up and monitor defects during testing phases and after signing off.
Ensure all activities are in line with the timeline.
Prepare the test Phase Progress report to be presented during the progress meeting.
Record and report the defects raised during the testing execution.
Open / update / close defects in provided tool.
Get all inputs and prepare the testing Phase Sign-off report.
Gather lessons learned from testers and prepare the lessons learned report that will be reviewed with testing organization.
To be successful in the role you must have
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience with 7+ years related experience
Experience working on global teams with diverse cultures across various time zones
Must be knowledgeable with Implementation methodologies
Experience with Basic SAP HRMS
Project management
MS Application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
Knowledgeable with Application Life Cycle Management – Octane
Must be amenable to work CET hours to support projects and meetings as required
