Description
Duties to include but limited to:
A trained and radio and telephone operator that will communicate effectively with Control Risks and client personnel on all operational matters, including emergency response.
Operate Satellite, Internet systems, GPS and Transponder communication systems
Provides immediate emergency response support accordance with the emergency response guidelines and briefs relevant management accordingly
Will monitor and ensure the effective of all communications, tracking and panic alarm systems associated with ongoing and future operations
Respond to any alarm function appropriately as laid down in the relevant client SOP
Report any equipment or communication defect immediately to the SOCM or SOCS
Monitor social media, television and Hyperion between 2000 – 0600 daily and report any critical or serious incident to management, NIS or GRA as appropriate
Complete secure Journey/journey management planning / process documentation to include CONOPS if appropriate
Report any operational failing or non-conformity to the SOCC or SOCM as soon as reasonably practicable
Requirements
Minimum Bachelors Degree or equivalent
Relavent work experience
Attention to details
Good communication skill (Oral and written)
Good Microsoft Application skills
Organisational skills
