Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of complex projects
Define project scope, goals and deliverables
Develop project plans, timelines and budgets
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
Track project progress and report on status updates, schedule and budget changes
Manage project risks and ensure proper mitigation
Effectively manage project resources to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements
B.Sc. in Construction Management from a reputable South African University
+5 years’ experience as a Project Manager
Must have experience in multiple high-rise commercial buildings such as offices and hotels
