We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr.Talent Acquisition Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring successful delivery for our Europe region. This role requires excellent leadership skills to lead a team of 20-25 individuals and maintain smooth operations. The Talent Acquisition Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholders, develop effective recruitment strategies, and implement standard processes to attract top talent.
What you will do
Supervise the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Lead and manage a team of 20-25 recruiters, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, and stakeholders.
Create and implement innovative sourcing techniques and strategies to attract passive and active candidates for diverse positions within the Europe region.
Conduct regular market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitive intelligence to ensure a competitive advantage in recruiting.
Use data-driven approaches to analyze recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize recruitment processes.
Maintain compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Monitor and handle recruitment budget effectively, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
Stay current with recruitment technologies and tools, and explore opportunities to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
You will bring
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Validated experience as a Sr.Talent Acquisition Manager or a similar role, preferably in a multinational organization.
Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Demonstrated experience in handling and leading a team of recruiters, with a track record of achieving targets and delivering high-quality results.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Solid knowledge of recruitment standard processes, industry trends, and emerging recruitment technologies.
Analytical approach with the ability to demonstrate data and metrics to drive recruitment strategies and process improvements.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations in the Europe region.
Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional European languages would be a plus.
