Sales & Marketing Director
Job Description
Our Client, a multinational company in the Automobile Industry (cars and tractors), is recruiting to fill the role of Sales and Marketing Director in their organisation.
The candidate who is expected to have an impressive track record of closing deals
and retaining customers will oversee all marketing and sales activities in the
organization.
Primarily, he/she would be responsible for revenue growth.
Develop and execute organizational marketing and sales strategies
• Ensure the achievement of organizational sales and customer-base
expansion targets
• Coach marketing and sales teams on best customer attraction and retention
practices.
• Conduct regular (international and local) industry survey
• Develop products and services that will keep the organization ahead of its
peers.
• Develop and manage a CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new
prospective sales
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum of 5 years cognate experience on executive or managerial cadre.
• Customer identification and retention abilities
• Excellent team building and management skill.
• Must have the Business Acumen to drive and deliver a profitable business
• Possession of excellent negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills.
Work/Educational/Professional Qualifications
• MBA or master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years industry experience
