Job Description
Responsibilities.
Assist in the hiring and training of new employees as well as the continuous training of
existing staff
Oversee both front and back of house operations, including wait staff, kitchen crew, and
bussing staff
Maintain high-quality food standards
Oversee kitchen staff’s compliance with all health code and sanitation requirements
Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same
Develop strategies for improving customers’ dining experience
Maintain inventory of all needed supplies (i.e. kitchen supplies, goods, and cleaning
products)
Identify methods restaurant can use to cut waste, decrease costs, and improve profits
Manage the work schedules of restaurant’s staff
Requirements
First Degree in any Humanitarian or Social Sciences discipline
Minimum of 3 years’ proven working experience as a Restaurant Supervisor
Effective communication and supervisory skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Excellent time management and attention to details
Familiarity with sanitation regulations
