Job Description
Responsibilities.
 Assist in the hiring and training of new employees as well as the continuous training of
existing staff
 Oversee both front and back of house operations, including wait staff, kitchen crew, and
bussing staff
 Maintain high-quality food standards
 Oversee kitchen staff’s compliance with all health code and sanitation requirements
 Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same
 Develop strategies for improving customers’ dining experience
 Maintain inventory of all needed supplies (i.e. kitchen supplies, goods, and cleaning
products)
 Identify methods restaurant can use to cut waste, decrease costs, and improve profits
 Manage the work schedules of restaurant’s staff

Requirements
 First Degree in any Humanitarian or Social Sciences discipline
 Minimum of 3 years’ proven working experience as a Restaurant Supervisor
 Effective communication and supervisory skills
 Ability to remain calm under pressure
 Excellent time management and attention to details
 Familiarity with sanitation regulations
