A leading paint manufacturing company in Nigeria is seeking to hire a relationship manager who will ensure sales and manage the company's customer relations.

Responsibilities
Coordinate sales and sustain long lasting relationships between the company and its key customers
Recruit and develop institutional customers for the business
Implement and manage sales and customer service strategy and plans for the business
Generate orders by liaising with institutional customers and the entire field sales force
Promote the corporate image of the company by building lasting relationships with all key account customers
Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential new customers
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
Implement an effective and efficient customer’s information feedback system
Prepare monthly reports that capture current market situation that will help to meet profit objective
Carry out other duties as assigned by the Managing Director
Requirements
Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
3+ years’ experience in customer service, sales or a related position
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead and work within a team
Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients
Exceptional organization skills and a strong work ethic
