Votre mission
We are currently looking for a Regional HR Coordinator for our Middle East Business Unit in Doha, QATAR!

As a Regional HR Coordinator, you will report to the Regional Managing Director of the Middle East Business Unit.You will manage the HR function, to ensure that all HR aspects such as sourcing and recruitment, employment contracts, training and development are in-line with company standards and regional regulations.
To provide support to the business and add value in improving the processes when possible.


You will work on challenges that count:

1) LABOR LAW AND CONTRACTUAL EXPERTISE :

· Preparing the establishment of employment contracts (large volume, especially in the form of fixed-term contracts), also for secondments in the region than in the rest of the world,
· Develop the contractual terms to protect the best interests of the company and maintain a fair deal between the parties, monitors and considers the evolution of the legal and regulatory framework in the region in terms of labor relations, hedging social, health and safety,
· Supervising an HR assistant in charge of social security contracts and affiliations,
Ensuring the training of the country managers in their obligations and in the defined contractual policy,
· Coordinate relations with local external consultants (lawyers, tax specialists), Follows any disputes arising in the region.

2) COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

· With the support of the head office, implement an attractive and competitive remuneration policy for all the populations employed in the Business Unit,
· In respect with BU’s margins and competitiveness, you give the necessary support to the salary review, follow variable compensation programs, propose benefits and long-term incentives (bonuses, retention bonuses, retirement scheme and profit sharing)
and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations in this area in all the countries where the BUs operate.

3) PROCEDURES:

· Ensuring the understanding and proper deployment of the main HR corporate procedures,
· Defining at the regional level the procedures to be put in place to comply with the delegations of authority enjoyed by the main management levels and the defined decision-making circuit.

4) HR DEVELOPMENT:

· You are in charge of organizing the Campaign deployment of the main HR development tools,
· You are the interlocutor of all the key contributors of the region (structural staff, expatriates, high potential, talents and experts in technical assistance) whom you meets regularly (at least once a year) and of which you manages careers and expectations,
· The follow-up of the turnover and the rate of achievement of the actions planned are the two main indicators of your success in this field.



Votre profil
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Passionate about human resources issues,
· Ability to be part of an international context,
· Strategic thinking along with proximity to the business,
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
· Leadership and coaching skills,
· Good understanding of services linked to Oil & Gas Services environment,
· Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to deal with multi-cultural environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Master's degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent
· 1+ years of experience in HR management in an international multi-site environment.
· Fluent in English. French and Arabic are considered as a plus
