We are hiring RAN & TXN SME for Jammu!
Plans and carries out technical tasks requiring specialist skills in own professional area. Works independently with the responsibility for solving customer request cases and reporting according to processes. Identifies and solves technical problems.
What you will do
Solid grasp and hands on experience on RAN &TXN domain.
User Experience or Customer Complaints and how this is impacted by network changes
In-depth technical knowledge of mobile network operator infrastructure, support systems and operations
Experience working within a led services provider
Good Knowledge of Field activities related to RAN & transport in a large-scale network.
Good understanding of the Telecom architecture of RAN, Optical Networks, Microwave, IWAN.
Technical leadership is required due to the multi-site operations and the required interaction with other PDU’s and partners. Collaboration with similar roles within Ericsson (for example other RAN development units, BDGS, BID and Radio development) is of excellent importance to improve CI & CD as a concept within Ericsson.
Operational Knowledge of Multi-Vendor transmission Nodes - Ericsson / Nokia / Huawei / Ceragon Telecom equipment.
Knowledge of servers like ENM, and various NMS’s.
Soft Skill & Behavioral Proficiency: Effective communication & Presentation skill.
People Management
You will bring
Support field team during fault diagnosis!
Good to have Ericsson OEM experience
Problem solving skills to seek daily tasks & tackle any abnormal issues that appear
Coordinate with field teams for traffic dip/zero traffic cells.
Coordinate the communications between customer, operation’s team, and field support system
Accountable for day-to-day delivery of the assigned project towards the MS delivery
Responsible for root cause analysis and workaround / solution definition activities according to the Problem Report/Ticket.
Ensure all KPI(s) are met as per agreed targets / SLAs.
Operates in compliance with the processes, methods and tools linked to the job and possesses service excellence awareness
Knows 4G & 2G Architecture, eNodeB, Radios, Interfaces, and good KPI & Alarms knowledge.
Ability to collect logs/Trace route and analyze log files
Main contact of Transmission/BSS for the customer & within the organization, continuously supervise the TX important metrics & strategizing the actions to improve TX Ops critical metrics in line with improved user experience.
Empowered for analyzing degradation, Utilization & packet loss reports and setting action plans to close them. Bandwidth optimization and exploring the feasibility for the new Requirement.
Maintaining of all type of data base and sharing time to time with central team as well as customer.
Knowledge of IPV4 and IPV6.
Basic understanding of 5G mobility network.
