What you will do
As a part of international team, you will be focusing on the order handling and systematic production of technical documentation for the Radio Access Network and Transport solutions.
You will be coached by Networks Sales and Presales Team, Supply and Certification managers.
In detail, this means:
Placing HW/SW/Services Orders in Premium Proposal tool
Order Descriptions preparation and translations from English to Russian for HW, SW in Radio and Transport.
Prepare translation or updates of needed product datasheets needed for shipments, type approval, tender supporting materials
Support Customers with relevant documentation and solution explanation
Support Pre-sales team
License ordering, reporting and audit via interaction with both customers and Ericsson licensing center
Work in a project team and be proactive member
Share with Ericsson community information/documents/competences
Support Project Managers to analyze customer requirements, build the solution, and provide cost estimation
Support to track the HW installed base reporting
You will bring
Education in Telecommunication / Electronic Engineering / Information Technology or related discipline as current Student or Recent Graduate
Knowledge in solving and conceptualizing use cases based on Data
Good knowledge of statistical analysis and software development
Fluency in English and Russian
Good presentation, communication, and argumentation skills
Strong Excel skills, Tableau skills are appreciated
Telecommunication vertical knowledge (RAN 2G/3G/4G/5G, IP transport) is a plus
The will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and learn
