Supporting the Market Areas, BCSS Service Area Managed Services Networks and Service Line Operate in growing the MS net sales, engaging with customers and providing MS solutions and costing proposals.
Representing the SL Operate delivery organization and capabilities towards Market Areas and in front of key potential customers, as well as demonstrating the capabilities through documentation, demonstration workshops and customer visits.
What you will do!
Responsible to coordinate the activities of evaluating and developing specific solutions for Managed Services, including staff coordination and following up on project requirements (needed information/data, scheduling, analysis).
Responsible to develop, plan, estimate and set priorities with respect to the components to be implemented or developed, as well as the phases and the implementation timelines for the projects that will be transitioned and operated in the Services Centers.
Responsible for giving to the definition of Managed Services solutions through operational effort assessments and quotes.
Proven experience in a role of Customer Solutions Responsible for Managed Services solutions involving multiple network & It domains such as, but not limited to:
Network Function Virtualization Infrastructure
NFV-O (Network Functions Virtualization Orchestrator)
SDN (Software Defined Networking)
SDI (Software Driven Infrastructure)
Circuit Switched and Packet Switched Core Network (2G – 5G)
IP Multimedia Subsystems control networks
VoIP/VoLTE/VoWiFi systems
IP & Transmission wireless or terrestrial/fixed backbone, edge/metro and local networks
Radio Access (2G – 5G) and Fixed Broadband Access networks
Fiber optics transport, transmission, backhauling or access networks
WiFi/LoRA or other similar wireless access systems
Operations Support Systems (Element Management)
IoT, M2M connectivity or Connected Vehicle systems
TV & Media content and distribution systems (over IP broadband, wireless, satellite or similar)

Activities of coordinating systems for development specific to major IT applications, including staff coordination and following up of project requirements (information/data required, scheduling, analysis). Project managers will develop, plan, analyze, estimate and define priorities with reference to components or services that would need to be realized, as well as the phases and plan for project execution.
Activities of coordination and communication on behalf of BCSS SA MSN SLOP towards representatives of the Ericsson regions (Market Areas).
New sales opportunities for Managed Services contracts
Changes and add-ons of activities to the ongoing contracts and deliveries
Renewal, re-negotiation and extension of ongoing contracts and deliveries
Transfer of activities from various local delivery teams to the Global Centers
Employee will also act as a single point of contact, on behalf of BCSS SA MSN SLOP, in collaborations Service Areas / Service Lines / Market Areas with respect to other similar opportunities and requests.
Employee will have an active role in all the activities related to operational effort dimensioning and development of cost quotations for the entire lifecycle of projects / opportunities / feasibility studies / transfer and transition activities, until the successful completion of the TG2 decision stage.
Employee will be responsible to review the end-to-end Managed Services solution including the SLOP-related components, but also components such as: Tools & Automation solution (Managed Services Delivery Platform – MSDP –or similar tools suites); field maintenance dimensioning and costing, as per guidelines issued by BCSS SA MA Networks Service Area; local MS Customer Leadership Team and Service Operations functions, as per Ericsson Operations Engine guidelines and structure.
Post-TG2 MA Lead will provide support, at any time it is requested to, for evaluating, documenting and estimation of the impact on the operational effort of any changes or add-ns to the operational scope (Change Requests).
