You will work with a fast-moving entrepreneurial team with lots of cross-collaboration with other parts of the business such as growth, customer experience, pricing, aftersales, operations, and product to bring your ideas to life.
Job Description
• Create sales schedules for the Marketing team and follow up, and present results to head office.
• Maintain relationship with merchants to ensure their growth and that of the organization.
• Create, develop, and implement a business plan for continual growth.
• segregate and effectively manage key accounts.
• Generate, maintain, and increase business opportunities with existing merchants.
• Manage and train Sales and Support Team.
• Manage and regularly update project planning and create projections.
• Design, create and supply business proposals.
• Design, create and present PowerPoint or other presentations as needed to close deals.


Requirements
Competency/Skill/Requirement
• Required excellent relationships skills and merchant network.
• Excellent network of contacts in the retail sector.
• Proven track record in retail marketing.
• 5years and above of work experience in related fields
• B.Sc. in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or related field


Benefits
300,000 Gross.
