Job Description
 To plan, supervise, deliver and present the food and beverages in line with 0 client food
specification.
 Supervise, guide and coach the assigned staff to ensure an efficient operation of the lounge.
 Interact with customers by explaining the food and beverages on offer.
 Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
 Ensure clean and standard ambience of the lounge area(s).

Requirements
Required Skills and Qualification
 1st degree
 3 years of Proven working experience as a supervisor in the hospitality industry
 Effective communication
 Maintain highest standards of professionalism, ethics, grooming and attitude towards staff
and guests.
 Pleasant personality with good customer service and interpersonal skills.
 Strong team player, whilst still having the ability to work independently.
 Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment.
