Job Description
To plan, supervise, deliver and present the food and beverages in line with 0 client food
specification.
Supervise, guide and coach the assigned staff to ensure an efficient operation of the lounge.
Interact with customers by explaining the food and beverages on offer.
Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
Ensure clean and standard ambience of the lounge area(s).
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualification
1st degree
3 years of Proven working experience as a supervisor in the hospitality industry
Effective communication
Maintain highest standards of professionalism, ethics, grooming and attitude towards staff
and guests.
Pleasant personality with good customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong team player, whilst still having the ability to work independently.
Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment.
