On behalf of our client in the Financial Services Sector, we seeking a Group Head, Learning Academy. The Learning Academy is responsible for designing and implementing innovative training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees throughout the organization. As the Group Head of the Learning Academy, you will be responsible for leading a team of learning professionals to deliver effective and engaging learning experiences that align with business goals.

Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives
Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative training programs, both classroom and online
Manage a team of learning professionals, including trainers, instructional designers, and learning technologists
Develop and implement metrics to measure learning effectiveness and impact
Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop learning solutions
Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to ensure the delivery of high-quality learning experiences
Develop and manage the Learning Academy budget
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, human resources or related field
10+ years of experience in learning and development, including 5+ years of leadership experience
Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design, and adult learning principles
Proven track record of designing and delivering successful learning programs in a fast-paced, changing environment
Experience managing a team of learning professionals
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders
Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into learning outcomes
