Ericsson Thailand is looking to hire Head Design and Optimization for Multi-vendor Multi domain managed service contract. Potential candidates should have following technical leadership and management skills.
What you will do
Technical skills / experience
Lead a Muti domain multi-vendor domain cross cultural team to achieve operational and financial SLA.
Deep dive on Customer focused NPS degradations and proposed Network improvement solutions to achieve the target baseline.
Lead team on investigation and analysis of Multi domain issue.
Drive innovation and automations to bring efficiency and increase in productivity of the team.
Leadership skills / experience
Multi-tasking at Leadership and Technical Levels to Represent Team in Customer Forums with C Level and higher management.
Create a succession plan and build second line of leadership with focus on diversity and empowerment.
Identify and generate potential Add on sales opportunities.
Develop learning plan for teams.
General Management skills / experience (building / expanding / scaling organization)
Lead internal and External governance.
Derive business case and proposal for MS and NDO opportunities.
Focus on operational and financial performance in accordance to the WLA, covering both service delivery performance and customer's infrastructure performance.
Close interaction with the Account and for the specific customer and the RDM for the region as well as with the Global organizations.
Monitor and report on the overall operational and financial performance
Ensure adequate cost and prioritization in compliance with Group and local safety requirements.
You will bring
Ability to come up with Network improvement plan for various program and customer initiative.
Good understating and hands on Mobility Strategy Design Interoperability between 3G, 4G,5G Technologies and MOCN.
Good understanding and hands on 5G Core, IMS, IPRAN and IP Core technologies.
Exhibit a minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
