Role objectives:
Provide technical and support information to customer and deliver effective sales presentations. Provide basic elevator consultation to customers. Understand basic contract language terms based on the standard company agreement.
Essential Duties:
Identifying and targeting new customers with new sales opportunities
Developing brand image and prequalifying brand with industry consultants
Initiating action plans to approach and securing new businesses for the Division
Contributing to the achievement of revenue and unit sales and customer engagement through effective sales process management
Increasing customer retention and sales development strategy
Managing customer requirements for on-time delivery taking into account lead-times, product specification changes and customer demand
Managing every element of the sales process on an individual level
Remaining abreast with latest regulations, standards and good working practices within the industry in relation to Elevators
Estimating, negotiating and selling service and maintenance contracts at required levels to obtain new units on maintenance agreements.

Present Vision products to the customer in a professional manner, including understanding the overall business, customers, technology, operations and processes.
Research, collect, complete and submit tender documents, listing out deviations if any and undertake site meeting in order to gather information and measurements required to quote accurately and timeously.
Read, analyze, and interpret tender and contract documents, technical specifications, as well as current regulations.
Ability to write reports, supply quotations and send business correspondence in a professional manner.
Qualification and Experience:
BA/B.sc in Marketing or Business Administration from reputable institution.
Must have relevant professional qualifications.
Minimum of 3years
Have a proven track record in the sales and marketing of complex technical products
Have experience in managing complicated projects, previous lift experience beneficial
