Job Description
The key purpose of this role is to support the development and promotion of the Ethics and Compliance (E&C) programs as well as the reporting on E&C performance. Provide assurance around compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across Company operations and functions.

Key outputs and responsibilities:
With support of the E&C Manager, ensure that ethics and compliance risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated as part of the risk management processes
Support implementation of the annual E&C compliance program, including: training needs in key risk areas
Oversight and management of all E&C tools and platforms
Continuous tracking, monitoring, and reporting on all E&C platforms
Analyze compliance responses using sound judgment to research, respond, and resolve Compliance inquiries
Drive quarterly ethics and compliance scorecards and ensure that annual ethics and compliance certification process is completed on a timely basis
Support delivery of trainings as required to meet business needs, including new joiner onboarding
Provide guidance on the proper and timely use of E&C tools (i.e., Gifts and Donations, TPV management, DOI declaration, Breach database, etc.)
Conduct ad-hoc investigations and make recommendations to detect, prevent and remediate breaches effectively
Profile:
Education
A degree in Economics, Law, Human Resources, Finance, or relevant disciplines
Experience
Experience in Data Analysis, Research and Risk management will be an advantage
Experience in policy governance & compliance as well as strong knowledge of internal controls
