Responsibilities
Generate leads through prospecting and networking
Identify and qualify sales opportunities
Conduct product presentations to potential customers
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and decision-makers
Close sales and meet monthly and quarterly quotas
Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies
Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, customer needs, and competition
Requirements
Proven experience as a sales agent or similar role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Self-motivated and results-driven
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field is preferred.
