Job Objective
Responsible for the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, videos and photos to shape the visual aspects of all the company’s brand collaterals both online and offline.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Working with the marketing team to develop concepts for marketing campaigns or advertisements
Conceptualizing all creative designs (visuals, video, motion based on requirements
Creating graphics for social media campaigns by creating banners, headers, and other images that can be posted on company pages or blogs
Creating images and layouts for brand for both internal and external uses
Study social media content schedule and determine creative direction to be adapted
Develop creative graphics and motion designs from content schedule for all company’s online social media platforms.
Test graphics and motion designs across various media and amend designs after feedback
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
Work with copywriters to produce final design
Ensure final graphics, videos and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Developing graphics and motion design concepts and layouts for product illustrations in all internal and external marketing communication and advertising materials
Working with external vendors, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales
Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size
Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the approved design provided.
Follow current creative trends applicable to all company products and apply same in materials for internal and external purposes.
And any other responsibility deemed fit by the company as required.
Skills & Qualifications
3+ years, with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative field
Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Autodesk Media, entertainment suite and other programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team lead, with ability to manage people and pay attention to details
Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects
Strong analytical skills
Time management and organizational skills
Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
Experience with both print and digital media
