We are looking for a key member to join our Managed Services team as a member of our MS Customer Leadership Team responsible for Service outcomes & ownership. you will report to MSCOO and be accountable for the Contract Support and Administration. The Contract Support and Administration Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of contracts throughout their lifecycle. They will collaborate closely with internal/external stakeholders, and legal teams to facilitate contract creation, negotiation, execution, and ongoing administration. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a solid understanding of contract management principles and best practices.
What you will do
Manage end-to-end delivery of the contract, including delivery performance based on SLA, providing performance reporting on customer networks and IS/IT.
Facilitate the end-to-end contract management process, including contract drafting, review, negotiation, execution, and ongoing administration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, procurement, finance, and project management, to gather contract requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Review contract terms and conditions, identifying potential risks, discrepancies, or areas requiring clarification. Advise stakeholders on potential implications and propose appropriate modifications.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations throughout the contract lifecycle.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records, documentation, and contract databases, ensuring proper version control and accessibility for relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate and support contract negotiations, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Monitor contract performance, deliverables, and milestones, proactively identifying and addressing any deviations or non-compliance.
Serve as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries, clarifications, and issue resolution, ensuring timely and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in the development and improvement of contract management processes, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
You will bring !
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Legal Studies, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience.
Proven experience in contract support and administration, preferably in a corporate or legal environment.
Strong knowledge of contract management principles, practices, and legal terminology.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to review and analyze contracts thoroughly.
Proficiency in using contract management software or tools to facilitate contract administration.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts and agreements.
Additional Requirements:
Possess good knowledge of Managed Services Total Operations Practice (MSTOP), Operation Services, and Shared Solutions Services.
