Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to drive the growth of the company's client base.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold-calling, networking, and other sales activities.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate new leads.
Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and business development initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of successful business development and sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools.
