The Business Systems Applications Officer is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and documentation of Costpoint and future Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This includes monitoring, troubleshooting, report building, integration management, and providing application support to users across MSH globally. Makes recommendations on best practices for application configuration. Serves as a project manager on new system initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
6 or more years of experience configuring and troubleshooting with large, ERP systems as their primary role.
Deltek Costpoint experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Proven experience in ERP system, configuration, and management.
Demonstrated experience managing software implementation projects.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups or individuals.
Ability to provide training, virtual and in-person, and guidance on recommended practices for using and supporting ERP system functions.
Ability to multi-task and demonstrate flexibility while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze complex issues, find the root cause of the problem and consider a wide range of alternatives before acting.
Strong technical aptitude and stays on top of recent technology and industry trends.
Ability to work independently and interact professionally and effectively in a team environment.
