Attorney I
DESCRIPTION
1. Advise client on topics such as business transactions, compliance with the law, claim liability or legal rights and obligations. Interprets laws, rulings and regulations related to industry and business.
2. Evaluates findings and develop strategies, typically to ensure that their clients' legal decisions translate to a strong bottom line. Transactional attorneys typically do not go into court.
3. The position will receive direction and support.
4. This position might be described as Junior Attorney working under a high supervision.

2. Experience and knowledge in risk management and evaluation.
