Market Sales Manager

About the role

The Market Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on leadership of a sales team, ensuring a healthy pipeline and strong client relationships. The position operates within DXC Technology’s collaborative environment, emphasizing both in‑person teamwork and flexible work practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Lead, coach, and support a team of sales professionals throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline while educating customers on products, pricing, and market differentiators.
• Build and nurture client relationships to drive sustained sales growth.
• Analyze market data to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and synergy across departments.
• Introduce process improvements and innovative technologies to enhance the sales process.
• Participate in negotiations and contribute to closing deals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 10+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 5 years in a similar sales leadership role.
• Proven track record in sales and sales enablement.
• Continuous learner who stays current with industry knowledge and technology.
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CSP, CSEP) are a plus.
