Junior/Mid-level SaaS Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Junior/Mid-level SaaS Sales Representative to join a fast‑growing B2B travel technology scale‑up in the UAE. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while building strong client relationships that drive success.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage key stakeholders within target companies through outbound prospecting.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations (virtual or face‑to‑face) that highlight value.
• Manage the entire sales pipeline, handling objections, nurturing decision‑makers, and closing deals.
• Maintain accurate records and forecasts in CRM tools.
• Provide market and customer insights to product teams for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 4+ years of sales or account‑management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech.
• Strong English communication; Arabic fluency is a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to sell software platforms to business decision‑makers.
• Self‑starter with a high tolerance for outbound activity.
• Excellent organisational and pipeline‑management skills.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM tools for pipeline management.
