Full Stack Engineer – Core Infrastructure & API Operations

About the role

Next Match AI LLC is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to own deployment and optimisation of its core HR‑matching platform across the GCC. Working 100 % remotely from within the UAE, you will bridge client‑side interfaces with high‑performance backend pipelines and collaborate with the technical hub in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain secure, scalable web applications using modern front‑end frameworks and robust back‑end logic.
• Build and optimise core HR API layers, ensuring seamless third‑party integration and secure data handshakes.
• Architect clean database structures, optimise relational queries and manage high‑volume transactional records.
• Implement Zero‑Trust security protocols, data‑encryption standards and compliance controls for identity verification modules.
• Audit and improve application performance, server‑side rendering metrics and background job handling to maximise uptime.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional full‑stack development experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, FinTech or cloud products.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field.

Required skills

• Front‑end: React, Vue or Angular.
• Back‑end: Node.js, Python or Go.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB (SQL/NoSQL).
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Docker, serverless functions.
