Engineering Product Marketing Manager

About the role

The Engineering Product Marketing Manager will own the positioning and go‑to‑market strategy for Graitec’s BIM solution portfolio. This role translates the solution vision into clear, differentiated messaging that drives market adoption and supports sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product positioning and messaging for key customer segments and use cases.
• Plan and execute go‑to‑market launches and ongoing marketing campaigns, defining target segments, pricing inputs, channels, content plans and KPIs.
• Create sales enablement tools such as collateral, presentations and training materials to help sales teams sell effectively.
• Produce customer advocacy content, including case studies, testimonials and references to build market credibility.
• Track competitors, market trends and customer feedback to refine positioning, pricing and messaging.

Required profile

• Proven experience communicating product value and driving adoption in a technology or engineering context.
• Ability to translate a solution’s vision into market‑facing narratives.
• Strong collaboration skills with product, R&D and sales teams.
• Analytical mindset for market intelligence and competitive analysis.
