About the role

The Customer Service Representative will provide back‑office support to the sales team, handling tenders, orders and customer inquiries. The role ensures accurate data management in SAP and CRM and assists with the preparation of design approvals and documentation.

Key responsibilities

Support salespersons with back‑office tasks such as tenders, orders, equipment documentation using SAP, the tendering tool and CRM.
Maintain customer data and hierarchies in SAP and CRM as directed by sales or key account managers.
Monitor leads and new opportunities in CRM, assigning them to the appropriate sales colleague.
Follow up on customer approvals for designs and layout drawings.
Maintain sales and tendering tools, master templates, and generate reports for sales, marketing, installation, delivery and finance managers.
Handle invoicing and monitor overdue payments where applicable.
