About the role

This fully remote position supports customers in France through online channels, delivering high-quality assistance and ensuring smooth service experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide responsive support via phone, video (Zoom) and other virtual communication tools.
• Assist clients with inquiries, enrollment processes and general service guidance.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
• Identify customer needs, propose solutions or escalate when necessary.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and communication skills.
• Collaborate with distributed team members to ensure consistent service quality.
• Maintain accurate interaction records and follow internal service guidelines.
